She was born October 22, 1926 in daughter of the late Ervin Collier Taylor and Dortha Althea Rowell Taylor.
Mrs. Harper was a member of First United Methodist Church. She had taught piano in Lancaster for over thirty years.
A service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Harper will be held Tuesday, January 5, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at the graveside at Lancaster Memorial Park with the Rev. Charles Phillips officiating.
Mrs. Harper is survived by two daughters, Phyllis Munkens and her husband Kenneth of Mathews and Renee Franck and her husband Steve of Atlanta, GA; and five grandchildren, Robin Dickson and her husband Scott, Raine Munkens and her husband Hector Gonzales, Mandy Baker and her husband Cory, Travis Franck, and Brandon Franck. In addition to her parents and husband, Mrs. Harper was preceded in death by a brother Keith Taylor.
The family will receive friends following the service at the cemetery.
