His loving wife, Margaret Louise Speaks Barr and his four brothers: Leon, Stephen, Eugene, and Bobby Barr also preceded him in death.
Frank was a lifelong member of St. Theresa Church in Rhodelia, KY. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving proudly in WWII in the 533rd Engineers Boat and Shores Regiment. Frank retired from Civil Service at Fort Knox and he was a member of the VFW Post 11404 in Brandenburg, KY.
He is survived by his sister-in-law, Rita Barr of Rhodelia, KY and several nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday, January 4, 2021 at 11:00 AM at St. Theresa Church in Rhodelia, KY with burial to follow in St. Theresa Cemetery. Visitation will be held Monday, January 4, 2021 from 9:00 – 11:00 AM at St. Theresa Church.
