Mr. Powell was born June 10th, 1926 in Madison, Georgia, to the late Archie Burt and Essie Beatrice Andrews Powell and was the youngest brother of thirteen children. He was the owner and operator of the Westminster Service Cleaners and the Pendleton Dry Cleaners and was retired from Milligan Industry. Paul was a United States Navy Veterans having served during World War II, a mason with the Pendleton Lodge and a Shriner and was a member of Westminster Corinth Baptist Church, were he had served as a deacon in the past years.
Mr. Powell is survived by his two sons, Robert Powell (Sandra), Raymond Powell (Gerri Granthem); three grandchildren, Bryan Powell, Chris Powell and Heather Powell Taylor; four great grandchildren, Willow and Jonah Powell, Kimber Taylor and Robert Whisonant; and a sister, Helen Saloni.
In addition to his parents, Paul is preceded in death by his wife, Betty Mullinax Powell.
