Clifford Lee Bryant Sr. was born January 22, 1937 to Pearl Bryant Brashier in Prague, Oklahoma. Shirley Marie Bryant was born August 10, 1939 to Henry and Corine Huitt in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Clifford and Shirley both graduated from Prague High School in 1955 and 1958 respectively. Meeting in high school they were married on November 16, 1957. Clifford played basketball in high school and that is where he was given the nickname of “Tick” as he was always the smallest man on the court, but he was a very good player. Shirley had a love for music. She loved to couple roller skate and could be seen many Saturday nights roller skating with Clifford.

They became parents of three children, Debbie, Pam and Cliff. They loved being parents. Never missing anything. From 4H, to Little League to High School sport events, they never missed any of it. They always provided the love and support for their children and environment to make sure they were successful.

Clifford and Shirley were active members of the Assembly Church of God in Prague since the 1970’s. Shirley especially always participated in various activities around the church. Shirley was very dedicated to the church and always loved helping others. Some of the children’s fondest memories were their evenings attending different church functions.

Shirley loved being with her family at a dinner table enjoying her meatloaf, chocolate sheet cake and her German chocolate cake. After a dinner Shirley enjoyed playing games with family. She would play old maid with the grandchildren and would show no mercy. She enjoyed going to church, playing boardgames and spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Some of the fondest memories of Clifford would be at the golf course. He was very proud that he had made two holes in one during his lifetime. Clifford also enjoyed fishing, bowling and traveling to Branson with Shirley. He enjoyed spending quality time with his family as well.

Together they built a loving family with children and grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Left to mourn their memory are their children Debbie Wisley and husband Tony of Skiatook, Oklahoma, Pam Collins and husband Rocky of Prague, Oklahoma, Clifford Bryant Jr. and wife Karen of Prague, Oklahoma and Clifford’s son Tommy Bryant and wife Terri of Arizona. Shirley has three brothers, Carl Huitt and his wife Donna, Paul Huitt, Gary Huitt and his wife Kathleen, and one sister Joy Sorrelles. Six grandchildren, Brandon Wisley, Travis Wisley, Robby Collins, Rusty Collins, Chadd Bryant, Chase Bryant and his wife Nicole. Five great-grandchildren, Chanler Collins, Reese Collins and his wife Allison, Izzy Collins, Kyte Collins and Blayke Anne Bryant as well as many extended family members.

They were preceded in death by their parents, Shirley’s brother, Wesley Huitt, Clifford’s sister, Donna and one grandson Colby Wisley.

Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service of Prague. An online guestbook is available at www.parksbrothers.net.
