Don Smith of Campbellsville, son of the late Claud Smith and Iva Ermine Pike Smith was born August 15, 1939 in Adair County, Kentucky. He died at 3:40 A.M. CST, Friday December 18, 2020 in Glasgow. Age: 81 . He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Bible Baptist Tabernacle where he had served as a deacon. Don enjoyed reading and studying the Bible and ministering to those in jail and the nursing home, where he would play his guitar and sing. Don had a heart for his family and they called him a kind and sweet man. He always advised them to trust in the Lord. He was a retired custodian for the Campbellsville Independent School System after some 27 years of service. Don united in marriage to Wanda L. Bryant March 24, 1967. Besides his wife, Wanda L. Smith of Campbellsville, he is survived by one son and two daughters: three grandchildren: and many other relatives and friends.
