KENNARD--Services for June (Trudie) Hughett, 73, will be at 2 p.m. today in Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service. Burial will be in South Mound Cemetery, West Lawn Addition. Calling will be 3 hours before services today at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service.
Mrs. Hughett died Saturday in Methodist Hospital, Indianapolis, after a short illness.
She was born in Tennessee. She was a nurse's aid in several local hospital. She was a member of the Baptist Church in Mount View, Tenn., and attended Kennard Baptist Church. She was also a member of Kennard Brotherhood and Sisterhood.
Survivors include her husband of 53 years, Robert E. Hughett; two daughters, Shirley J. Thompson (husband: Tom( and Brenda K. Hannan; three sons, Charles R. Hughett, Finnis E. Hughett, and Dennis R. Hughett; her mother, Myrtle Walker; a sister, Irene Davis; three brothers, Roy, Bob and Dallas Walker; 13 grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren.
Three sisters and two brothers are deceased.
