Mrs. Brenda Kay Welch Harris, age 68, of Thomaston, GA passed away Tuesday, December 15, 2020 at Upson Regional Medical Center in Thomaston, GA.
Mrs. Harris was born December 23, 1951 in Upson County, Georgia, to the late Mr. James Etheridge Welch & the late Mrs. Willie Lou Harbuck Welch.
Mrs. Harris retired from Upson Regional Medical Center as a Medical Transcriptionist with 44 years of Service & was a Member of Clark's Chapel Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her Parents, 3 Brothers, James Welch, Donald Welch, & Warren Welch; 2 Sisters, Mary Lou Gibbs & Martha Jean Metcalf.
Survivors include her Husband, Cal Harris; 2 Daughters, Michelle Padovani of Hampton, GA & Melanie Harris of Thomaston, GA; Brother, Gordon (Audrey) Welch of Thomaston, GA; Sister, Irma (Harry) Jennings of Tallahassee, FLA; 6 Grandchildren, Calli Fulcher, Kymbl Fulcher, Autumn Padovani, Brynli Martin, Abrym Martin, & Tatum Padovani; 1 Great-Grandchild, Alijah Puckett.
Funeral Services for Mrs. Harris were held Thursday, December 17, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. from the Chapel of Coggins Funeral Home. Burial followed in Upson Memorial Gardens.
The Family received Friends Thursday, December 17, 2020 from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. at Coggins Funeral Home.
