Mary Victoria Pierson Kutkiewicz, 67, of LaCrosse passed away Tuesday, December 8, 2020. She was born January 11, 1953 to Michael and Lillian (Kmiec) Kutkiewicz and graduated from LaCrosse High School. Mary made her career with Anco in Valparaiso, Michigan City and South Bend for over 40 years working in manufacturing and assembly. After her retirement she began assisting at Wanatah and LaCrosse Schools in the cafeteria. Family reunions, family correspondence and family birthday parties were always Mary's favorite events. She was instrumental in planning every family event because that's what she loved to do. Her membership at Sacred Heart Catholic Church allowed her the same volunteer outlet with funeral luncheons, Bowls of Plenty and the Ladies of Sacred Heart, all of which she threw herself into with gusto. She is survived by her brothers, Michael Kutkiewicz (Carol Howard), Donald (Ellen) Kutkiewicz and Robert (Patti) Kutkiewicz, all of Wanatah; niece, Kristin; nephews, Jason, John, Joe and Mark and great-nephews, Ryker, Blake, Jackson, Aiden, Dylan and Josh. She was preceded in death by her parents and her youngest brother, Charles Kutkiewicz.
A visitation will be held Friday from 5 - 7 p.m. at Wanatah Funeral Chapel. A funeral mass will begin at 11 a.m. Saturday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with burial following at Sacred Heart Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Sacred Heart Catholic Church, St. Martin's Catholic Church, or the Ladies of Sacred Heart.
