Madeline was born on November 7, 1934 in Elmira, NY, a daughter of the late George and Lorena Southard Hodge. She was pre-deceased by her husband Harry Hetrick Sr. She is survived by her children, Karen Hetrick, Harry (Debbie) Hetrick Jr., George Hetrick, Bill (Kathy) Hetrick, Sally (Neil) Cory Jr.; and Belena Krusen; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, only surviving sister, Lillian Reynolds and many nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family members.
