Mary Ann Kepka, age 81 of Ellis, Kansas passed away Wednesday, December 2, 2020, at the Good Samaritan Society, Ellis. She was born February 23, 1939, in Hays, Kansas to Rudolph and Johanna (Augustine) Gnad.

She married Leonard Kepka on June 20, 1964, in Ellis. He preceded her in death on November 13, 2004.

Mary Ann was a homemaker and enjoyed playing Bingo as well as spending time with her family. She was a member of Prince of Peace-St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Great Bend, Kansas.

She is survived by a son, Robert L. Kepka of Olathe, Kansas, a daughter, Susan E. Kepka of Hays; a sister, JoAnn Gnad of Ellis and two grandchildren, Maxwell and Jillian Kepka.

She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, John, Ralph and Clarence Gnad and three sisters, Theresa Reitmeyer, Anne Doerfler and infant sister, Dorothy Gnad.

Due to Covid, funeral services will be held at a later date with inurnment in the St. Mary's Cemetery, Ellis.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to be used according to the wishes of the family made payable to Robert Kepka or Susan Kepka and may be sent in care of Brock's-Keithley Funeral Chapel and Crematory, 2509 Vine, Hays, KS 67601.
