Charles served in the Army of the United States and was retired from the specialty hardware business and a member of Parkway Baptist Church and enjoyed his Men’s Sunday School Class. Making heirloom rocking horses for the next generation of little families growing up in the community was his passion.
Charles is survived by his wife of almost 64 years, Mable B. Neal; daughters Teresa Saxton (Randall G.) of Madison, MS, Rhonda Tew (Rocky) of Garner, N.C., and his son Gary Neal (Kimberly) of Philadelphia, MS. In addition to his wife and three children, Charles is survived by five grandchildren, and a host of great grandchildren.
With concern for others’ well-being and health, no memorial service will be held at this time.
