Miss Goranson, 414 Ash Ave., was a charter member of the Phoenix Baha’i Assembly the past 30 years, was the assembly’s current secretary-treasurer and worked on the group’s area teaching committee.
She was a past president and treasurer of the Capitol Club of Phoenix and member of the Business and Professional Women’s Club. Born in Joliet, Ill., she came to Phoenix 25 years ago from St. Paul and lived in Tempe the past 13 years.
Survivors include three brothers, Leonard of Wisconsin, and Severn and Evart, both of Minnesota. Services will be at 9 a.m. today in Green Acres Mortuary, 401 N. Hayden, Scottsdale. Burial will be in Green Acres Cemetery.
