WILLIAM C. CALLAHAN
William Cecil Callahan, 64, of Pleasant City Rt. 1, a retired truck driver, died at 9:55 p.m. Wednesday in Guernsey Memorial Hospital following a long illness. Mr. Callahan was a veteran of World War II.

He was born March 10, 1913, in Pleasant City. Surviving are his widow, the former Margaret Biscr, whom he married in November 1949; two sons, Dennis Williams of .Cambridge and Allen of ''Pleasant City; three daughters, .Mrs. Ray (Joy) Johnson of Titusville, Fla., Mrs. Cecil (Mona) Calvert of Pleasant City and Mrs. Ronald (Sonja) Evancho of Byesville; six i sisters, Mrs. Frank (Vivian) Kovalski, Leola McGath and Mrs. George (Neva) Stevens, all of Pleasant City, Lillian McKinley of Warren, Pa., Mrs. . Homer (Georgie) Abrams of , Cambridge and Mrs. Melvin (Margaret) Lent of New Concord; 11 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Friends may call 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today in Scott-Atkinson Funeral Home at Cambridge where service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday. Burial will be in Harmony Christian Church Cemetery.
