Gonzales, Luis M. Plainwell, MI Luis passed away Thursday, December 18, 2019 at his home in Plainwell. He was born July 17, 1970 in Plainwell the son of Sotero and Maria (Delgadillo) Gonzales. Luis had worked as a lineman at Perrigo and had been the mascot for the Kalamazoo Kings. He enjoyed going to the casino and loved his dog, Sasha. Surviving are his sister, Juanita (John Richards) Boylan; niece, Kelsie Boylan and nephew, Dakota Boylan.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Victor, Miguel and Gilberto.
Friends may visit with Luis' family starting at 10:00 A.M., Monday, December 23, 2019 at the Winkel Funeral Home, Otsego, until the time of the funeral service at 11:00 A.M., with Pastor Steve Swope officiating. Cremation will follow. Contributions in memory of Luis may be made to a scholarship fund for his niece and nephew.
