Ruth Marie Speaks, 83 of Manassas, VA passed away on Nov. 20, 2020 at her home.
She was born on Oct. 30, 1937 in Fairfax County, VA a daughter of the late Robert Caudle and Irma Powell Caudle. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Hilleary J. Speaks.
She is survived by a niece of whom she was like a second mother, Marilyn Keys-Harrison; great nephews whom she adopted as a grandmother, Christopher Keys and Kevin Dickey; her sister, Millie Shifflett; and several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, Nov. 30, 2020 at 12 Noon at Stonewall Memory Gardens, Manassas, VA.
