Mrs. Burrows is survived by her husband, Daniel Burrows, a real estate broker and businessman who was one of the first black district leaders in Harlem and one of the first black Assemblymen.
In addition she leaves two daughters, Gloria Sparks of Los Angeles and Joyce Dinkins of New York, wife of David N. Dinkins, the City Clerk, and four grandchildren.
