Linda A. Howell - age 67 of Pomeroy, passed away on Friday, November 13, 2020, at the Paula J. Baber Hospice Home in Fort Dodge, Iowa.

Linda Ann Danielson was born on March 23, 1953, at Luverne, MN. She was the daughter of Philip R. and Anna M. (Gansemer) Danielson. She was educated at schools in Minnesota, Clarion and Riverside before attending Highland High School, graduating in 1971. Linda went on to Kirkwood College where she graduated as an LPN. Linda worked at St. Francis Hospital in Waterloo for many years. She then worked at nursing homes in Iowa City then in Fort Dodge before retiring in the early 1990's.

Linda enjoyed fishing and horses. She loved animals of all kinds and took special care of her pets. In her younger years, Linda enjoyed playing the piano and horse riding. She also enjoyed baking and was a great cook, especially making pasta and soups. Linda was very particular about her appearance and liked to change her hair color.

Survivors include her son, Mitchell (Elizabeth) Howell of Waterloo; daughter, Josey Wykoff of Pomeroy; 8 grandchildren and brothers, Guy (Nancy) Danielson of Waukee and Steve Danielson of Pomeroy. Linda was preceded in death by her parents.
