Clyde Page, 82, passed away on Thursday, August 30, 2012, at his residence. He was the husband of Mary Agnes Palmer Page, with whom he shared 57 years of marriage.
Born in Damariscotta, Maine, he was the son of the late Earl and Inez Nash Page.
Clyde was a boiler room operator for the Gilbert & Bennett Wire Mill in Georgetown, Conn. for 13 years, retiring in 1990. He also worked as a tree surgeon for Knapp Tree Service in Wilton, Conn. and a heavy machine operator for Nazzarro Brothers in Georgetown, Conn.
He was a member of the New London United Methodist Church, New London.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by three sons, Harold Page of Bethel, Conn., Robert Page of Toughkenamon and Neil Brown of Coatesville; three brothers, Earl Page of Wiscasset, Maine, Neil Page of Bath, Maine and Ray Page of Woolwich, Maine; one sister, Maxine McFarlan of South Bristol, Maine; one step-sister, Ethel Fetzinger of St. Petersburg, Fla.; two step-brothers, Stanley Page and Henry Page both of Boothbay Harbor, Maine; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
He was predeceased by one son, James C. Page and one sister, Mabel King.
Services will be held at 2 p.m., Sunday, September 23, at New London United Methodist Church, 1008 State Rd., New London, PA 19360.
Interment will be private.
