Christopher Gene Coffman age 34 was born December 1, 1985 and passed away November 14, 2020 at a local hospital. He was a 2004 graduate of North Jackson High School and worked in the healthcare field for many years.

He is survived by his mother, Peggy Coffman; father, Corky Coffman; baby sister, Sabrina Coffman; brother Brodie Cooper; uncles, Jody (Pam) Bell and Calvin Berry; aunts, Brenda (Jimmy) Black and Brenda (Jeff) Sullivan; special auntie, Brenda Robinson; a host of cousins; special friends, Jennifer Johnson and Shell Steele.

He was preceded by his grandparents, Vernie and Irene Bell and Billie Gene and Shirley Coffman; brother in law, Felix Jackson.

Visitation will be Tuesday from 1-8 and the funeral will be 1 PM Wednesday November 18, 2020 from the Valley Funeral Home Chapel with Dustin Henshaw and Jody Bell officiating. Burial will be in the New Prospect Cemetery in Scottsboro. A special thanks to Decatur Morgan Hospital and our angel nurse, Lorna.
