Obit: Etta (Parkhurst) McMichael, 75 Maryville, died Monday, July 3, 1995 at hr home following a length illness. Mrs McMichael was born March 26, 1920 in Delta, CO. She had lived in Maryville since 1965. She worked as a housekeeper and was a member of the Maryville Jehovah Witness Church. On April 18, 1938, she married Vernon McMichael in Albany. He survives at the home. Mrs McMichael was preceded in death by a son, Donald K in 1980; a sister Faye Parker; and 2 brothers, Edward and Fred Parkhurst.

Additional survivors: 4 sons, Vernon D, Francis and Dean, all of Maryville, and Alan, Liberty; 4 daughters, Darlene Sullwold, St Joseph, Joyce Akes, Bedford, IA, Carol Smith, Auburn, NE and Martha L Noel, Kansas City; a sister Eva Bellinger, Castle Rock, CO; 23 grandchildren;23 great-grandchildren; and 5 step great-grandchildren. Services were scheduled to be held 2 pm Thursday, July 6, 1995, Price Funeral Home, Maryville, Burial: Green Ridge Cemetery, Gentry.
