He was educated in the Meriwether County School System:McCrary Elementary School and Roosevelt Warm Springs Vocational Rehab Training School, where he received a Janitorial Certificate. Harrell was affectionately known as “Curly” because of his natural curly hair. “He Lived. He Laughed/Smiled. He Loved.” On Wednesday, January 29, 2020, he fell asleep peacefully in Christ Jesus.
Harrell leaves to cherish his memory, seven loving and faithful siblings: Annell F. Williams, Emma Jean Williams, Luther B. (Dorothy) Favors, Mattie Atkins, Albert Lee Favors (Janet Proctor), Bennie Lee (Rejoice) Favors and Diran F. Johnson; sister-in-law, Lilac Favors; a host of nieces and nephews who loved and admired him dearly; other relatives, friends, church members, and dedicated staff members of The Riverdale Healthcare Center.
