Married Sadie Maxine Wright June 16, 1961 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Employed as general manager for a trucking firm. Member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, serving as a bishop's counselor, on the High Council and taught the gospel for 22 years in his ward. Veteran of the Korean War and served in Germany. Passion includes riding his motorcycle. Had a special love for music; sang and couraged his family to do the same.

Survived by wife Maxine; children Sherilyn Williams (Rich), Galyn Burgess (Debbie), Kellene Jellings (Matt); 10 grandchildren; sister Marsha Jean Wagstaff (Larry).

Services held on Monday, October 1, 2007 in Sandy, Utah.
