Mr. Bailey was a native of Blountstown and had made his home in the Mulberry area for the past twenty years. He was employed by the Mobil Chemical Company. He was a member of the Pine Grove Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Beulah Aldermann Bailey, 2 daughters, Mrs. Vondel Plummer, of Blountstown, and Mrs. Lavern Rankin, of Bristol, Fla.; 1 son, Mr. James F. Bailey, serving in the U.S. Air Force at Tyndal Field, and 3 sisters, Mrs. Dorene Spear, and Mrs. Brinson Cloud, both of Blountstown, Mrs. Margaret Freeman, of Panama City, Fla., and 3 brothers, John F. and B.N.
