JoAnn Richardson 71 of Fletcher passed away on January 3, 2016 in Fletcher, OK. She was born on July 27, 1944 in Cogar, OK to James and Mary (Bell) Hughes. She married Jacky Richardson on July 26, 1961 in Chickasha, Ok. She was raised in the area all her life. JoAnn subbed for the Anadarko School district, was an avid OU fan, loved substitute teaching for the Fletcher Schools, sewing, and taking care of her brothers, sisters, children and grandchildren.
She is survived by two sons: Michael and Julie Richardson, Louisiana, MO
