A mass of the resurrection for Mrs. CONSTANCE BOUCHER BURCH, a Baltimore write and poet, will be offered tomorrow at the Shrine of the Sacred Heart, Mount Washington.

She died unexpectedly yesterday at the home of her son, Francis B. Burch, state attorney general. Mrs. Burch, born Noember 19, 1887, was proud that she was in her 90th year.

The former Constance Boucher was the last survivor of William Estirit and Frances Giles Boucher's 24 children. She was a descendant of Francois Boucher, who was court painter to King Louis XV of France.

Born in Baltimore, Mrs. Burch attended the Visitation Academy here. She married Louis Claude Burch in 1912. Mr. Burch died in 1946.

Besides the attorney general, she is survived by three other sons, Capt. Charles A. Burch, USN (ret.), Norfolk; John W. Burch, Wayne, Pa., and Louis Claude Burch, Jr., Baltimore; and two daughters, Constance B. Plummer and Phyllis Barry, both of Baltimore.
