Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Monday, October 26, 2020 at True Vine Baptist Church in Grand Prairie, LA, for Rev. Donald Freeman, 76, who entered eternal rest, Wednesday, October 21, 2020 at Mercy Regional Medical Center in Ville Platte, LA.
Interment will be in Mt. Triumph Baptist Cemetery in Whiteville, LA. Rev. Allen Freeman will officiate the service.
Rev. Freeman is survived by his wife, Mrs. Sheree Owens Freeman; two sons, Cory Freeman (Yvette) and Elijah Freeman (Joyelle); a step-son, Robert Owens; four daughters, Shelly Freeman Jones (Douglas), Shanna Freeman, Patricia Freeman and Latricia Freeman; four sisters, Ella Pratt, Carolyn Clark, Helen Arvie and Carrie Lee Frank (Milton); fifteen grandchildren, six great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Rev. Freeman was preceded in death by his parents, Carlton Freeman & Rita Stevens Freeman; three brothers, Rev. Raphael Freeman, Carlton Freeman and Harry Freeman.
Visiting hours will be observed from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM Monday, October 26, 2020 at True Vine Baptist Church.
