The deceased was an old resident of the county, and greatly esteemed and respected. His illness was very brief, so brief, that few aside from the family knew of it. He leaves a widow, who is seriously ill, and several children, among them being E.M. Eldred and Mrs. Fred Stuber.
The funeral services and burial taken place to-day the former at the house and the latter at Greenwood Cemetery.
