Attended V.M.I. He lived in San Francisco before the War. He was Aide-de-Camp to Pegram. He was wounded in the head at Fisher's Hill. Believed to be dead, he was put in a wagon with corpses. A woman touched his hand and knew then, he was alive. He never fully recovered and was not employed after the war. He drowned in 1889.
