Richard Jarvis Keen, a loving Father, Grandfather, Great-Grandfather, Uncle, and Friend to many, has left his earthly home and moved to his forever home with his Lord and Savior. Richard had lived in Del City most of his life. He was a 1953 graduate of Midwest City High School and a veteran of the Army National Guard. Richard was a member of both the First Southern Baptist Church and the Woodland Hills Baptist Church. He enjoyed raising Homing Pigeons and was a World Champion Pigeon Racer. He loved to trail ride his horse Bubba and also riding with Cowboys for Christ. He enjoyed collecting antiques, especially the Keen Cutter tools. Richard owned and operated Mr. Keen's Cleaners in Del City for over 40 years. He was preceded in death his parents, Jarvis Delmar and Etta Glee (Cosby) Keen, and the mother of his children, Barbara Jean Keen. He is survived by his sisters, Barbara Wharton and Frances Oliver and husband Bucky; daughters, Debra Breda and husband Jim and Sherri Sawyer and husband Ralph; sons, David Keen and Steve Keen; special friend, Joy Price; 11 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, a host of nieces and nephews and an untold number of friends. Richard passed peacefully at his home.
