He was past Chief of the Monticello Fire Dept.; a member of the First Church of Monticello, Presbyterian and the Monticello Grange.
Survivors include his wife, Louise Kinne Gregory of Mercy Manor; two sons, David Gregory of Monticello and Edward Gregory, Jr. of North Weymouth, Mass.; two brothers, William Gregory and Richard Gregory, both of Monticello; one sister, Florence Armstrong of Monticello; several nieces and nephews.
A Firematic Service will be at 7:30 p.m. Jan. 22 at the Van Inwegen-Kenny Funeral Home, Monticello.
Funeral services will be Jan. 23 at the funeral home, Rev. David Van Donkelaar officiating. Burial will be in Rock Ridge Cemetery, Monticello.
