Jane was born December 15, 1927 in Martins Ferry, Ohio the daughter of the late Otis C. and Nettie M. Tippens Koerber.
She was a retired employee of Corning Glass Company of Paden City and a member of the First Baptist Church of Paden City.
In Addition to her parents, Jane was preceded in death by her husband, William P. Mylar, Sr. in 1992; two brothers, Waldo "Bud" and Wayne Koerber and stepmother, Elsie Koerber.
Surviving are two sons, William P. Mylar, Jr. and wife, Linda of Thornville, OH, Jeffrey T. Mylar and wife, Monica of Tucson, AZ; two daughters, Beverly J. Shuman of New Martinsville and Debbra R. Berkhimer and husband, Ron of Friendly, WV; brother, Kenneth Koerber and wife, Emma of Evansville, IN; sister, Anna Mae Davis and husband, John of East Palestine, Oh; nine grandchildren, William P. Mylar, III and wife, Katie, Liza Dixon and husband, Jerame, Rona Stanley and husband, David, Gabe Berkhimer and wife, Stephanie, Jeffrey Mylar, Sarah Mylar, Jennings Shuman, Billie Shuman and Aundie Shuman; many great-grandchildren ; Several nieces and nephews.
Friends received 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday-September 17. 2007 at the Jarvis Funeral Home, Paden City. Funeral Services will be held1 p.m. Tuesday at First Baptist Church, Paden City. WV with Pastor David Tosi officiating.
