Port Huron-Minnie A. Wolfe, 88, of 3428 Military St., died Monday in the St. Clair County Medical Center, Goodells, after a brief illness. She was born March 20, 1890 in Armada, and lived most of her life in the Port Huron area. She was the widow of James H. Shirkey, who died Sept. 14, 1955, and of James A. Wolfe, who died June 28, 1966. Mrs. Wolfe is survived by a sister Frances Marshall, Flint; a step-daughter, Sopha H. Bruhns, Port Huron; and several nieces and nephews. Services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday in Arthur Smith Funeral Home-south chapel. The Rev. Samuel R. meads, pastor of Griswold Street Baptist Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Lakeside Cemetery.
