Evelyn B. Meek, age 99, of Conway, passed into her heavenly home Wednesday, September 19, 2007.
Born December 19, 1907, in Center Valley (Pope County) to the late Thomas and Erma (Trest) Bradshaw, she was a homemaker and member of First Christian Church Disciples of Christ in Russellville.
Mrs. Meek was preceded in death by her husband, Joe T. Meek and a son, Joe Thomas Meek.
She is survived by two daughters, Mary Mills of Mayflower and Pamela Bolding of Searcy; five grandsons, Bobby Mills of Mayflower, Paul Mills of Bauxite, Scott Mills of Benton, John L. Eastes of Woodbridge, VA, and Steve Bell of Bryant; one granddaughter, Toni Hardin of Little Rock; three great-grandsons and one great-granddaughter.
"May she rest in peace."
Graveside service will be Saturday, September 22, at 2:00 p.m. at the Oakland Cemetery in Russellville.
Visitation is Friday from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Conway.
