Birth Certificate lists name as Leo and Death Certificate lists his name as Paul. A Cororner inquest was held to determine cause of death. Influenza appears to be the determination by Health Officials. It was common knowledge among the Everhart Family, that this child had been accidentally dropped by a sibling the day prior to his death. Donna Everhart Sipe Myers confirmed that it was her Mother, 3 yr old Julia Laverne Everhart, who accidentally dropped the baby. Death Certificate also indicates his burial was at Vernon Cemetery but family members confirm that he was actually buried at Ebenezer Church Cemetery along a fence row.
