HUGH FERGUSON DIES SATURDAY
Hugh Ferguson 432 Park Drive, Hillsboro, TX died at 10:45 a.m. Saturday July 6, 1963 in a local hospital. He was 83.
Mr Ferguson was born in Freestone County and lived in Milford a number of years before moving to Hillsboro, where he made his home the past 35 years. A retired farmer, he had served as Courthouse custodian 25 years.
He was a member of First Methodist Church, Golden Agers, and Hillsboro Masonic Lodge 196.
Funeral Services were held at 2:30 Monday afternoon in Marshall and Marshall Chapel, with Rev. Guy Perdue officiating. Burial was in Ridge Park Cemetery.
