Three grandkids, Zoe, Abby and Jon. Five nephews, Sam, Kevin, Joey, Brandin and Desmond. He is preceded in death by his father and mother, Samuel Isaac & Imogene Rains; His beloved wife Cathy Rains; Brothers; Charles Richard & Samuel Wayne Rains.

Phillip was the essence of all things that are good. His heart of gold touched many people around him. He had a vibrant soul and was treasured by many.
