Beverly was born April 17, 1927 to Gladys (Doak) and Walter Allen in Yakima, WA. She was the 4th of 5 children. She was raised in Yakima and graduated from Yakima HS in 1945. She then moved to West Seattle where she married John Saeger in 1950; raised 3 children and was a resident most of her life. She later married Robert Thompson in 1979. She worked in the medical field for many years and volunteered at the local Discovery Shop for the The American Cancer Society. She was given a few names over the years by her grandchildren and great- grandchildren: "Grabbo", "Goggy" and "Babbo".
She passed away peacefully at the age of 93 at Manor Care nursing home in Gig Harbor.
She was preceded in death by her parents, all of her siblings: Alvin, Dorothy, Robert and Emery. Her husband, Robert Thompson and her daughter, Jeanne Saeger.
Her daughter, Jill (Saeger) Knapp passed away just 4 months after her.
She is survived by her son, Robert "Bobby" Saeger of Las Vegas.
5 Granddaughters: Nichole, Jessica, Julia, Marina and Danica
And 9 great-grandchildren: Shayne, Trevor, Haley, Matthew, Alyssa, Brandon, David, Quinn and Dean.
