Mrs. Janice Annabel Todd Fowler, age 72, passed away on Wednesday, September 30, 2020. Mrs. Fowler was born on August 6, 1948 in Loris, SC, to the late Donnie Horry Todd and the late Chellie Elizabeth Gerald Todd. Mrs. Fowler retired from Horry County Schools and was a longtime member of Cherry Hill Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband of thirty-two years, Eldred Fowler; two sons, Dean Strickland and wife, Pam of Loris, SC and Todd Strickland and wife, Amy of Nichols, SC; step-son, Kenneth Fowler and wife, Bridgett of Benson, NC; daughter, Sheila Hawley and husband, Billy of Lucama, NC; stepdaughter, Michelle Fowler of Benson, NC; many loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren; brother, Donnie Layne Todd and wife, Devona of Loris, SC; and two sisters, Delila Lee and Sybil Allen and husband, James all of Loris, SC.
Masks are required to attend services.
Visitation will be held at 12:30 PM until 2:00 PM on Saturday, October 3, 2020 at Cherry Hill Baptist Church. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, October 3, 2020 at Cherry Hill Baptist Church with Reverend John Holmes and Reverend Ragsdale Allsbrook officiating. Committal services will be held at Cherry Hill Cemetery.
