RIDER, Lucy Frances interred 28 Jan 1894

There is a last will and testament in Miami County, IN for Lucy with proceedings dated 29 Jan 1894. It states she is the widow of Joseph Rider. She bequeathed to her children, William C. and Marie Luella all of her property including a lot she owned in Godfrey addition, lot number 67 in Peru. (There is a Frances Marie Ryder/Rider Chandler born to Joseph and Fannie. Not sure where the Luella came from). It requests the estate to be distributed at the age of twenty for the children.

At the end it records she died the 25th of January, 1894. Charles A. Parson's was appointed the executor for the children. His name is also listed on Joseph's Civil War pension for the minor children.

Fannie applied for Civil War widow's benefits Feb 1892. Fannie married Joseph Rider 1 Jan 1885 in Miami County, IN. It is not clear if this is Lucy Frances. Per the following census, Lucy and Fannie appear to be the same person.
