Skaggs, Dolly, of Bonne Terre, Missouri, was born January 25, 1935 in Cadet, Missouri to Christopher and Florence (nee Pickett) Emily and entered into rest Tuesday 22, 2020 in Bonne Terre, Missouri at the age of 85 years.

She is preceded in death by, her parents,

Nine (9) Brothers

Five (5) Sisters

One (1) Daughter Katherine Skaggs

And her Loving Husband Roscoe of 57 years.

She is survived by,

One (1) Brother Henry

Three (3) Sons, Marshall (Carla) Skaggs, Benjamin (Patricia) Skaggs, and Christopher (Sam) Skaggs.

One (1) Daughter, Brenda Stryker

Twelve (12) Grandchildren

And Twelve (12) Great-Grandchildren

along with numerous extended family and friends.

Dolly was a one of a kind person. She was known to be a bit sassy and feisty but was a very loving mother. She enjoyed sewing, quilting, and making hand crafts. Dolly spent her life raising 5 kids and she loved to make them chicken and dumpling and fried pies. She was a God fearing woman and lived by the saying “Do as I say not as I do”. She will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
