Clay was born on April 29, 1985 in Jackson, MS. He graduated from Clinton High School in 2003. He worked as a Drafter/Designer at Ergon, Inc. in Flowood, MS. Clay will always be remembered for his radiant smile. His personality lit up the room. He had a heart of gold, and always wanted to make you smile. He always loved playing baseball and fishing. Clay had an enormous love for music, he played guitar and piano and would always sing and make up songs. Finley and Parks were his heart. He wanted to do anything possible to make them happy. Clay’s love for the Lord grew immensely over the last few years, and his heart was on fire for Him. He wanted to share God's word in hopes to help someone else and lean them into Jesus. Clay attended Pinelake Church and served with their prison and Little Lakers ministries.
To know Clay, was to love Clay. We are all heartbroken and he will be missed tremendously. He is dancing and singing at the feet of Jesus.
He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Carl and Dorothy Culpepper, and paternal grandparents, Melvin and Alma Keith.
Clay is survived by his parents, Dale and Cherie Culpepper Keith; wife, Katherine Keith; children, Finley Grae Keith and Parks Isaiah Keith, and stepson, Liam Avalon; siblings, Casey Keith (Dee Dee) and Carra Estridge (Joey); nieces and nephews, Hayes and Landry Keith, Evan, Emory and Grayden Estridge.
