Rebecca Bobbitt Mullinnix 86, Henderson, NV, formerly of Indianapolis, passed away September 7, 2007. She was born March 21, 1921 to Frank and Zula Bobbitt in Durham, NC. She was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Ralph Mullinnix.
She is survived by son, Stephen (wife, Kathleen) Mullinnix of Henderson, NV, and granddaughters, Nicole and Michelle; brother, Norman (wife, Faye) Bobbitt of Greenville, SC; sisters, Barbara (husband, Winston) Suitt of Durham, NC, Doris (husband, Irving) Fulton of Durham, NC, Lois (husband, Ralph) Rogers of St. Petersburg, FL and Phyliss (husband, LTC Bill) Croom of San Antonio, TX; brother-in-law, Donald (wife, Mary) Mullinnix of Indianapolis, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Becky was a graduate of Indiana University and obtained a Masters Degree before entering into a long career in teaching. She was a long time member of the Daughters of the American Revolution. She and her husband Ralph were long term residents of both Durham, NC and Indianapolis.
Services were entrusted to Flanner Buchanan Washington Park East Funeral Center of Indianapolis, Indiana.
