SHIRLEY L. FARY, of FARMINGDALE, died at Monmouth Medical Center, Long Branch. Mrs. Fary was born in Neptune and had lived in Freehold until moving to Farmingdale 44 years ago. Mrs. Fary was a former president of the Spring Lake Chapter of Deborah. She was also a past president of the North Howell Little League. She was a Monmouth County Girl Scout Leader. Along with her husband, Mrs. Fary was co-owner of The Race Place until her retirement three years ago. Surviving are her husband, John F. Fary; a son, John G. Fary ; a daughter, Kendall Malinowski; two brothers, Jack Toon and Gilbert Toon; a sister, Diann Mellot; and seven grandchildren.
