Dolly was the infant child of Bernard and Menetta Ringer Quigley Herbst. Both mother and child died days apart from pneumonia. The funeral for Dolly was held at the home in Altman, Colorado. Dolly was preceded in death by her mother. Surviving Dolly was her father, half-sisters Bedelia and Nettie Quigley and a half- brother William M. Quigley, also of Altman.
