Sikeston – Ethel A. Gardner, age 103, passed away on March 22, 2017, at Clearview Nursing Center in Sikeston, Mo. Born December 4, 1913, in Rankin, MS., to the late Archie and Ada Till Alliston. On March 25, 1933 in Charleston, MO., she married Charles Gardner Sr. who preceded her in death. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Sikeston, MO. and a past member of the New Madrid County Extension Club for many years. Survivors include: two sons and two daughters- in- law, Charlie and Judy Gardner Jr. of Sikeston, MO., and Larry and Dotti Gardner of Matthews, MO.; two grandchildren, Tom and Cindi Gardner of Orlando, FL., and John Gardner of Matthews, MO.; two great grandchildren, Ashleigh Gardner of Orlando, FL., and Lee Gardner of Sikeston, MO. She was preceded in death by: three brothers and two sisters. Visitation will be held Monday, March 27, 2017 from 11:00 a.m. until the time of funeral service at 1:00 p.m. at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel in Sikeston, MO. ,with Rev., Jennifer Moxley, pastor of First United Methodist Church in Sikeston, MO., officiating. Interment will follow at Garden of Memories in Sikeston, MO. Pallbearers will be: Tom Gardner, John Gardner, Lee Gardner, Buddy Gardner, Terry Gardner and Lonnie Brickman. Memorial
