Donna R. Carter, 87, of Pekin, IL passed away Thursday, March 4, 2021 at her home.
Donna was born August 22, 1933 in Manito, IL to Clarence and Edna (Smith) Bartels. She married James Carter on September 2, 1961 in Manito. He passed away on May 26, 2019.
Also preceding in death were her parents, two sisters, Doris Bartels and Shirley Schoenbein and one brother, Clifford Bartels.
Surviving is one daughter, Linda (Kenneth) Wiseman of Pekin.
Donna had worked for Pekin Hospital as an aid. She enjoyed gardening, canning, cooking and puzzles.
Graveside services will be in the chapel at Glendale Memorial Gardens.
