Joyce Ann Overdear Bell age 76 of Henagar died Thursday, September 3, at her residence. Private funeral services will be held at Liberty Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 4 to 8 pm CT at Corner Stone Funeral Chapel.
Survivors include children, Richard D. Ponder(Stormie Raincloud), Tim L. Ponder(Kim), Sherry Compton(John), 7 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, sister, Sharon Stiefel, brother, Clinton Overdear(Diane), sister-in-law, Robbie Overdear, father of the children, V H Ponder Jr.
Mrs. Bell worked in the food service industry at both Western Sizzlin and Ryan's before retiring. She was preceded in death by her father, Harold Dewitt Overdear, mother, Florence Peek Overdear and brother, Raymond Overdear.
