James Haddock, 86, passed away August 28, 2020 in Cleburne, Texas. He was born in Tahlequah, Oklahoma October 25, 1933 to James Luther Haddock and Lizzie Fox Haddock.
He graduated from Central High School in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, Northeastern State College in Tahlequah, Oklahoma and North Texas State University in Denton, Texas. He loved people, his family, his church and after retirement, found a way to relax by doing artwork. He was a member of the Johnson County Art Guild and The Watercolor Society of Fort Worth. He was a retired CISD counselor. James came to understand AMAZING GRACE and chose to show love and compassion to all people.
He was preceded in death by his parents, sisters, Almyra Grace Haddock Ragland, Ella Mae Haddock Hill and Martha Mae Haddock, brother-in-law Alva Hill and his children’s mother, Anna Loy Fletcher Haddock Barbre.
