Mr. John Roggentine, living north of town, died at the home of his son, last Friday afternoon after a long illness, aged 69 years, 7 months, and 10 days. The funeral took place Monday at the German Reformed Church. He is the father of Mr. Louis Roggentine, our townsman, and we extend our sincere sympathy in the dard hour of affliction. Funeral services were conducted by their pastor Rev Eliker, after which the remains were laid to rest in the family lot in the cemetery.
