Notice is hereby given that the following named settler has filed notice of his intention to make final proof in support of his claim, and that said proof will be made before Register or Receiver at McCook, Nebraska, on Saturday, September 3,1892, viz:
THOMAS ALLINGTON.
who made P.E.D.S. number 6,780 for the SW 1/2, NW 1/4, Section 2, T1N, R31W. He names the following witnesses to proof his continuous residence upon, and cultivation of, said land, viz: Charles B. Knobbs and Isaac E. Hart, of Culbertson, Neb., Isaac Matson and Simpson Edward, of McCook, Neb.
